Welcome to Latter and Blum! Austin was born in Covington and raised in Mandeville. His interest in real estate came from a young age working with his father's construction company. Growing up in St. Tammany gave Austin first-hand knowledge of our school system, our growth in the parish, and the sense of community. Business Administration major and graduate of Southestern Louisiana University, has helped to build his business and use his valuable skills. After graduation, Austin has become a proud member of the Leadership Saint Tammany Class of 2024, and loves volunteering with the Northshore Kiwanis Club. These experiences have helped Austin gain even more first hand knowledge of our area, and had enabled him to learn the true values and beauty of Saint Tammany Parish. Austin's passion for living in Louisiana and helping his clients is why he calls Mandeville home.
